I will be writing up a paper on why this methodology was chosen.
for the present, <use> remote reference with the openicon validator:
	allows for easier maintenance by the author.
	dramatically reduces file size, and number of files being circulated.
		copy and paste, for any icon is ~30 bytes dependent on url length.
	chunks topics so icon users can easily find icons in the set instantly.
	ensures every icon has a title.
	and much more...
