Heya, great to have dev help on OCAL :)

Bassel had been working on this, so maybe you guys can coordinate...he
has a fix for using http://librsvg.sf.net 

We need some form of queuing though I think so we don't overrun the
server with requests. 

Bassel, can you update our requests...Jochen we have lots of fun
tasks :)
