[Clipart] Lisence Public Domain not work in Brazil. How i can distribute it here in Brazil?

I'm making a free CD with aplications for Windows (OpenOffice, Inkscape,
Gimp, ...) and i like to distribute the Open Clip Art Library 0.18 (Windows
Installer) on this CD. But the lisence "Public Domain" no work in Brazil.

Important Reminder "The Creative Commons Public Domain License does not
apply to the jurisdiction of Brazil. This option applies, for example, to
works subject to American law. If your work is subject to Brazilian law, the
"Public Domain" option will not have any legal effects regarding your work.
For Brazil, you can use any other type of Creative Commons license, which

Have your other lisence to distribute it?

How i can distribute it here in Brazil?
