After we move the old library over why would we ever need this
feature? Why should we as librarians have the power to move around
files in other's accounts? It has far more negative possibilities
than the instances where we really need it. I have never needed this
feature in the two years I've been doing this. I'd rather see
thumbnails generated and lots of other features first.
