[Clipart] Can't Upload SVG file

Hello,

I'm new here, but I can't seem to upload and SVG file that I've created.
I have tried uploading it through the live site as well as the
(excellent) new site. Here's the error I am seeing:

"/var/www/openclipart.org/htdocs/cchost/cchost_lib/cc-fileverify.php"(223): Uninitialized string offset: 0 [2009-08-25 13:08 pm][127.0.0.1][/cchost/submit/fullmix]

Can anyone help me?
