[Clipart] Develop with you ?

Hello,

I'm french and i have some knowledge in many languages (not english ;) but
PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ...). I love OpenClipArt so i would like
contribute, but how ?

(Also i create images with Inkscape on my Ubuntu ;) )
