[Clipart] Clipart NSFW

This is about real NSFW stuff. For example, if I search for "school",
the 2nd link returned by the API is:
http://openclipart.org/media/files/nudiepics/13438, what you should not
recommend for 5-6 years old children. This result is because
"schoolgirls" is a tag of this image. 

Adding an NSFW tag would then clarify the search that will become a
"school-NSFW" and eliminate unwanted hits. The material I would like to
avoid that a sexually explicit nature. The majority of pictures that
I've met her already marked on the site as NSFW, but the API does not
mention.

Oh, forgot to add: I hope the complaint is about real NSFW stuff, not 
things like http://openclipart.org/media/files/nicubunu/7490
