Inkscape convert to EPS. I think I've got a php script around somewhere
that recurses a directory of SVGs and does EPS conversions with Inkscape
via the command line. Gotta head out to daycare to pick up my kids, but
I'll try to track it down tonight.

Just be prepared for the conversions to not always be perfect. I've
found that some of the EPS conversions can shift things around quite oddly.

You can also do batch conversion with Adobe Illustrator, but you'll find
that some Inkscape features don't translate, especially some highlights
and shadows.

I don't think there's a "perfect" batch converter out there, but
Inkscape + a script does seem to be as good as it gets.
