Hi,
besides, what do you think of cliparts being banned in some countries?
please don't laugh (it's embarrassing but) in germany the swatistika is
literally banned...
see /Anonymous/Anonymous_nazi_historic_flag.svg
there's also computer games like castle of wolfenstein which have not a
single swastika in the german edition (replaced by different symbols).
Reason is §86 StGB (http://bundesrecht.juris.de/stgb/__86.html)
My (unauthorized, unofficial, unprecise and inaccurate) translation:
People who distribute or manufacture, possess, import or export or make
available to the public via the means of electronic storage ... any
means of propaganda or a party, government or institution or entity in
favour of the continuation of former national socialist organisations...
will be fined or arrested up to three years... if it is not for purely
artistic, scientific, educational, historic or similar purposes.
kind regards,
