[Clipart] Possible logo?

Hi

While going through the requests I came across this one:

It looks like it's been fulfilled here :
http://openclipart.org/media/files/JoelM/9902

However, to me it looks like a T-Shirt logo and after some brief searching I
didn't find any bands or groups that own it. The only place I did find it is
at
http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=433687714.
They seem to be the same guy(s) as in
http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=4lx96x2&s=1 ... so I'm guessing either they
are a local band who haven't trademarked it yet, or it's not well known.

Could someone double-check it please? It might be worth contacting them on
their myspace page.
