I don't foresee any release notes so far but is there a public text? I
mean so far I didn't even know about the anniversary and the public
maybe does not know about the drive to 10k but as far as I've seen in
the release notes, somebody (me?) is supposed to tell some people/web
sites about the new release, so how about a "press release"/news like
the one I drafted on the wiki
