It's not clear to me that any data is lost.  Does anyone know?  Or is
it just a gap in the record.  It certainly functions like a gap that
scripts cannot deal correctly with and not just a deletion.  If it
were lost, the solution is easy - upload the file again since we know
what file your missing one is (that part is still there "Emoticons:
Tongue in cheek".  But what about all the ones before?  And there
definitely have been a number of them before.  The CChost script I
found and sent to Jon and the list seemed to suggest the Banned status
was just a flag that could be turned on or off.  Does anyone one know
if that is true and can we just reset all the banned flags to OFF.

As i said before, I don't think any file was ever intentionally
banned.  Usually we just delete a file that shouldn't be in the library.
