[Clipart] Beta OCAL testers feedback wiki

For those of us who are testing and developing the Beta OCAL site, please
either use Launchpad for major bugs or
Blueprints<https://launchpad.net/openclipart>,
or the wiki for minor corrections
<http://openclipart.org/wiki/New_version_development_corrections>. When we
have a record of those bugs it makes it easier on Michi or other programmers
to avoid cross-communication, and everyone is working towards the same goal.
