[Clipart] Some thoughts about OCAL design

1. I have designed (with great mentorship from Michael :P ) the icon
for Download Page. Please look in attachment. What are you think?

2. I filed a bug against OCAL main page, since it lack slogan 'Drawing
Together!' https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/376419 Also wait for your
reply about my efforts.
