[Clipart] External Source tags + source

For the second line "Drawn by:"  works best I think. It has the same meaning
as featured artist (which is semi-applicable to clipart), but is better
suited to OCAL, and also manages multi-authors/collaborators if there are
any. Good suggestion. If there are no entries in the drawn by part you can
presume the submitter is also the author.

Michael: can you make that happen? Change clipart details labels from
"Author" to "Submitter" or "Uploader", and Featuring to "Drawn by" or
"Collaboration".
