[Clipart] 0.20 packages

getid3 checks it...Roan Horning added code to getid3 which is part of
their releases since 1.7.7 I believe...that is a good place to add SVG
checking code...there is also code for writing our metadata, but that
never got hooked into. I would recommend if we write any metadata, to
make a backup of the original file on the server :)

Ok, sometime in June then for the 0.20 and ccHost 5.1 and OCAL 2.0!
Good! I'll keep pushing on the total release stuff while you guys keep
hammering at the awesome new site :)
