[Clipart] Opinion on possible pd_issue

Hi all. I need a few other opinions on this clipart. Please see :

I think the issue is, if it's taken directly off messenger, would this
be a copyright issue? Would a rename to "marker" or something else
alongside the removal of messenger tags and related tags fix the
issue?

Can someone confirm if this clipart is copyrighted or not? I know the
butterfly is, but this could be anything, if not for the tags to
identify it.
