[Clipart] stuff done today

Well I'm quite tired, so I'll just be brief. I worked on a number of 
things today in the background. Let me know if there needs improvement.

    * Added more clarity to the search results. It now says 'Clipart
      search results for "<search term>"', when you search for something.
    * http://www.openclipart.org/manage/profile . It's raw, but it
      works. Gimme suggestions.
    * Made a Librarian tool for searching for users for various reasons
      (like making someone a librarian). I can't release it yet since it
      is not yet secure. But we'll have it soon.

And a few other things that didn't work out but gave me some ideas for 
later on.
