[Clipart] Librarian job: wrong remix

I had another idea: for now I will tag them as remix_problem. It will be
easier to find them later, to fix or list them elsewhere.

In case you guys approve this procedure, I will add this note to "Relinking
remixes" (http://www.openclipart.org/wiki/Librarian_Jobs):
"Tag the clipart as remix_problem"
