[Clipart] Release Moved back to monday, dec 13

Hi all, we had a target of dec 6 for the release, which is today. On our end
here (bassel and I), we've been stuck in transit to singapore and things are
delayed, so moving the release back a week so we have 7 more days to
complete some tasks to get the release out.
