[Clipart] To developers of OCAL : CSS Spaghetti : I need your help

I've updated a number of things. I would appreciate your eyes and minds on
these ones, as you are able.
I'm focusing on the CSS at this time since there are many more pages of text
to move over to OCAL, and we need them simple to update.
We also need to avoid scrambling the clipart lists that are displayed on
Browse, New, and User Details.

If you have had experience in CSS design please let me know. I need your
help.
