[Clipart] Question mark in title causes problems

Hi Andrius,
Welcome to open clip art library,
there is no way for users to change the urls after upload now, but we are
working to add this feature.
only librarians and admins can do so.
I changed the url for your clipart to:
http://www.openclipart.org/detail/do-you-recognize-jesus-by-gospelmath
and fixed the bug in the application so now it removes the questions marks
for the url if it exists in the title
