[Clipart] MS wants to help with SVG development

"Patrick Dengler, the lead program manager of Microsoft's Internet Explorer
team, has announced in a post on the IE
Blog<http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2010/01/05/microsoft-joins-w3c-svg-working-group.aspx>that
Microsoft hopes in future to contribute to the development of the
SVG <http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/> (Scalable Vector Graphics) format.
According to the executive, Microsoft has submitted a request to join the
W3C's <http://www.w3c.org/> relevant working group.
