Hello, Per!

SVG is primary and only at the moment format for submission at OCAL (PNG's
are used only for thumbnailing and not necessary).
There are few PD clipart websites I found in Google with huge raster
collections:

1) http://www.pdclipart.org
2) http://www.wpclipart.com/
