Trademarks in the tags/descriptions aren't a problem as far as I'm
aware, since they are only search and classification words.
The trademarks in the cliparts is the real problem; as you've stated.

(p.s. if the trademarks in the tags do turn out to be a problem, we can
remove them later, but I don't think it's going to be an issue.)
