[Clipart] Bug. strange searching

If MySQL is set up to use 2 chars only in the search, that would be
fine -- from what I know of full text searching, MySQL by default does
not search any word smaller than 4 characters. But that can be changed
(I don't know what it is on the installation for OCAL).
