[Clipart] Librarians be aware of http://www.freeclipartnow.com

Didn't we had this just the other day? If their cliparts are pd than 
their "Few Exceptions" do not matter, except for the logo and trademark 
one. Such restrictions are pointless and can be ignored with real pd 
material.
