[Clipart] CC0 and Public Domain?

It looks sufficiently close to being compatible that I personally, as
a layman, cannot see exactly how it would be incompatible, if at all.

(In other words, this is a question for a lawyer, preferably for a
lawyer who specializes in copyright law particularly.)
