[Clipart] Automatic typography titles

I made an Aiki OCAL widget that can automatically pull the URL name into 
the page as an <h2>  (or whatever else you want it as.)

Let me know where else it might be useful.

*Usage & Limitations : *
Name = auto-typography-title
Must be Fathered to "content"
Render order must be 0.

All other content should have a render order of 1, so that they are 
displayed below the title, otherwise you'll end up with "typography 
titles" in weird places as seen on my sandbox.

*TODO:*
Make first letter captialised.
