[Clipart] Congratulations

Hi,

congratulations the new side is really great. As an member of the
openclipart.org community I'll have to that, that I'm really happy, to
see this project looking better then ever.

For the bug hunt, I found two Problems:
1. This image has no preview:

2. The FavIcon is wrong.
