[Clipart] Can you please clean up this page

Johnny and librarians, what functionality do we need on the site to
replace this functionality? We need to move this stuff to the
wiki....discuss and lets get it done.

Same with requests, and we need a place to show examples/screenshots
of usage of clipart that can be PNG, photos of usage...there are
examples/screenshots from the old site, can we add these to the next
release...maybe just a tab that says, "Examples"

So, if we can have an Examples and Request tab back, great! I'm adding
to the roadmap.
