[Clipart] Some recent cliparts are not working

That first one appears to have no real content.  

Inside the svg element there are only four other elements: metadata
(which contains some RDF), defs (which just has an
inkscape:perspective element), sodipodi:namedview, and the following:

     xlink:href="file:///home/jordan/Desktop/yoyo2.png"
     width="290"
     height="290"
     id="image2886"
     x="0"
     y="0" />

Looks like somebody's not entirely clear on the process of converting
a raster image to SVG format.

However, the second one is another matter...

That one contains a much more involved defs section (including a bunch
of gradients and some filters) and what looks like it ought to be some
actual visible content (paths for example), so that one might bear
further investigation.
