[Clipart] Copyright Statement Hidden in Clipart by ivak

Should copyright and/or trademark violations be filled as bugs too
nowadays? (sorry if I missed any earlier discussion on this, but I've
been away from the list for a bit and all that)

I ask specially because I just saw this:

I left a comment there, but since comments are not (has that changed
recently?) forwarded to email addresses, it's quite likely the
submitter will never see it.
