[Clipart] spam

Current status on clipart deletion is that users who've uploaded the clipart have control of it's visibility, correct?

Would you imagine having the same admin controls added to clip art that currently are applied to comments (i.e. hide/delete buttons for each clip art?)  Is there a bug or blueprint connected to this?
