[Clipart] Logos and Names

Well, if logo is part of clipart it is prohibited, since all clipart on OCAL
claimed as PD, so ideally anyone can use all cliparts and part of it as they
want to use.

But you can make 'generic' logo for example or change name. Towndrum
Dissolved Potato Borsch.
