[Clipart] Some updated functionality of clipart detail links and bug report combo

Hey chovynz, 

See widgets 1465 - clipart_thumb_collections & 1567 - clipart-thumb-mgmt.  Those are the ones that ajax the search results back in with buttons for either collecting or managing, respectively.
