[Clipart] Finished monkeying with the css for now

I'll give you a better answer this time :-)
The fact is, that even during all my monkeying, most of those css actual
bugs havent yet been closed off yet, and won't be for awhile yet. They were
big bugs to start with, and I've only done about half of what needs doing. 3
full days on css unwinding alone should tell you how big these bugs are. :-)
What I've done is finished some bugs that weren't even written up, on the
way to completing those written bugs. They were things that I found along
the way.
I think you could still announce this release and what I've done for it,
without any css bugs getting closed off. Don't get too caught up in what LP
is or is not saying. LP and all it's bug reports are there to help US (the
entire OCAL community), not the other way around. It's the tool we use, and
I won't be controlled by LP even though it's a fantastic communication
device, a good gathering place. But it's not the be all and end all of
either releases OR the OCAL development work.
IMHO. :)
