[Clipart] Thumbnail different from SVG

Hello,

There are more cliparts with the thumbnail not matching the SVG:
http://www.openclipart.org/detail/34897 (different clipart)
http://www.openclipart.org/detail/29147 (not enough detail on thumbnail).

Could we have some more "Manage files" options, as on the old site?
Maybe the ability to upload different PNG thumbnails isn't something
that everybody needs, but could it at least be available to librarians?...
And "manage remixes" would be useful too...
