[Clipart] semi-monthly update

[chovynz]

Can you please copy your email into a bug report then send me the link?
Target it for 3.0 and assign chovynz if you can. I get lots of emails per
day and this is likely to get lost. I want to make a couple of bug reports
based on this issue and perhaps a blueprint or two.
