[Clipart] Thumbnail different from SVG

That is a very, very strange bug indeed. Thank you for finding it. Please
make a bug report at launchpad so that this issue doesn't get lost in the

For the Manage File options please make either a bug ("not enough librarian
tools") or a blueprint ("I want this feature") and describe it in as much
detail as you can. I don't remember what we did for the old site's manage
clipart. What do you need to do the librarian job? What are you trying to
do? What does it look like?

What do you want to happen on the manage remixes page?
