[Clipart] Good way of changing lots of clipart details all at once?

I was expecting to learn how, then do it myself, so I'm not prepared for
your request. These are the ones that I do know of, that need doing. I'm
sure there are plenty more.

*tags to be replaced:*
b_w = black and white
playing_cards = playing cards

*tags to be deleted:*
media = (deleted)
svg = (deleted)
clip_art = (deleted)
image = (deleted)
png = (deleted)
public_domain = (deleted)
