[Clipart] Bug 719675

I noticed that there was some work on this bug, so I took a look at the clips that I had with mixed up comments.
The fix appears to be solid. Great work!!!

It did bring to my attention, that there are also mixed up re-mixes.

Is there an existing bug to look into this?
I wonder if the remix code is making the same check that the comment code did for the 'file_upload' field?
