[Clipart] Comments spam?

I see. The comments on the clipart is a bug. The blueprint is a feature
request to give us an idea of what to develop. The blueprint is rightfully
closed as the tools have been created (for librarians). The related bugs are
not closed as the comments haven't been dealt with yet. Does this make
sense?
