[Clipart] hidden clipart

Hi guys

I'm running into a problem where I cannot see hidden clipart to review them.
Please revert or solve this, as librarians need to be able to see hidden
clipart - to decide what to do with them.
Also be aware that some authors hide their clipart when there doesn't seem
to be any reason.
