[Clipart] Opportunities to raise funds

Hi,

If the admins of OCAL have no time to do this, I recommend that you offer a
(time-limited?) revenue share to a trusted developer to implement this.

I would highly recommend to only semi-automatize this, as lots of art would
be unsuitable and there are still blatant copyright infringing works being
uploaded from time to time.
