In my opinion, his librarian status should be removed. Below is the 
story.

I sent a mail to mailing list about the raster only SVG files. These 
were his responses.

He removed some of my uploads (yet he didn't touch any of the recently 
uploaded raster only uploads).
IMO, he also added "asswhole, terradeimos" tags to one of my uploads
  (An admin can tell who actually added those. Only librarians can add 
tags; and he is the only that has a problem with me)

I believe it is obvious that the sender added the f-word in the 
subject. Again an admin can tell it.

All I wanted was to help OCAL by clearing raster only images, above are 
what I got for trying so.
I am confused by hateful reactions and no idea why he is behaving like 
that.
At this point I will stop uploading to OCAL and trying to help it (Not 
that it means anything for the site or you, just FYI).
