[Clipart] Illegal clipart?

Hello,

a while back I uploaded
http://openclipart.org/detail/172675

as a remix of
http://www.clker.com/clipart-woman-in-yoga-position-.html

which states that its source was
http://openclipart.org/detail/165193/meditation-by-gustavorezende

which is deleted/hidden.

Is there any way to find out whether this clipart was uploaded illegally so
I can remove my remix in that case?
