In Poland there are two types of copyright commercial and personal, commercial is when
you get money from the work you can give it to someone else or sell it if you want. But
you can't waive personal copyright, you will always be the person that create the work
like with PD license. Is like with Bethoven he will always be the author of 9th Symphony
even if no one own the copyright it's Public Domain work. No one can take it and say he
create it, but anyone can get money out of it and use any way he want.
