hal_initialize() overrides other filter/object/fallback functions on separate connection

Hi,

I guess the way I'd put this is: I'd like to see the bindings
fully-baked and become the normal way to use dbus, and then if we want
to factor some stuff out and add it to libdbus we can think about it.

But if we add all the stuff to libdbus in advance it might not even be
right; e.g. the "listen to everything below this path" would not work
right with proxy-based bindings.
