DBus# and Connection.Wrap

Hi everyone.

I'm working on Galago .NET bindings, and have run across a slight road
bump.

I have a function in libgalago that returns the dbus connection that's
being used. I'd like to provide that function in Galago#, but that
requires turning the DBusConnection * into a DBus.Connection. I looked
into using DBus.Connection.Wrap, but this is marked internal. Is there
a good reason why it's internal, or can this perhaps be made public?
